We take payments online only. At this time we do not accept Checks or Money Orders by mail. We us PayPal for our payments. You do not have to be a member of Paypal to use this service. However, accounts are free. If you wish to sign up for an account, Click Here.

VERY Competitive Photography Rates! I dare you to find them lower from an other professional photographer! If you do, then I will BEAT their rates!

(Photos must be like quality and the per photo costs must be similar to mine.)

All photos are now priced based on the following scale:

Shoot Set up Fee-$25

1-10 Photos $10 Per Photo

11-30 Photos $7.50 Per Photo

30-Up $5 Per Photo

Photos will be sent in downloadable zip files. If you need CD/DVD(s) they are $3 for CD, $5 for DVD.

You will receive one photo of each product unless otherwise requested. Products may be grouped to save you money; in which case you will receive one photo of the grouped products. If you choose to have your products grouped, please do not "chop up" the photo into individual product images! ANY type of changes, such as re-coloring or other visual effects, that could be potentially harmful to the reputation of Kandi Traxel Photography is strictly prohibited!

Your photos will be in high quality .jpg format, and will be very large files suitable for just about any type of printing. If you need your photos resized for your website or if you need them 'cut away' from the background (see the cookie photos in my portfolio), there is a $3 per image fee for that. (In some cases we will waive that!). For more extensive props or "on-location" shoots, please drop me a line and we can discuss it! Out of town/state clients that will have to ship the products to me for photographing, will be responsible for all shipping costs, both ways. It will be added to the final total that will need to be paid before your products will be returned!

Other Fees & Information:

You will receive a PROJECTED QUOTE of your shoot before we begin. This quote will be for shooting fees only, and will not include fees for any additional options or images that you add in later etc. Please keep this in mind when you receive your final invoice. There will be no “hidden” fees of any kind. All product and service fees are fully outlined on this page.

To receive your images burned to CD or DVD there is a $3 fee for one CD or $5 for one DVD. (These prices are PER CD/DVD!)

All pricing includes small props, removal of small flaws, cropping and any lighting or color adjustments in Adobe Photoshop. Resizing for web optimization is $1 per image. We require ½ payment of your projected quote in advance with the remainder of payment to be sent once all photos have been shot. If your shoot is large (20+ images), you will not receive samples of all the images in your shoot, but rather a REPRESENTATIVE SAMPLE of your shoot to examine before you pay your final fees. No photos will be sent until all fees are paid in full. Final payment will include all shoot, return shipping and other fees as outlined on this page.

Please Note: "Location" shoots may require an additional mileage & set up fee!

Product Shipping-Varied Fee

You are required to pay all shipping fees both ways. Insurance is REQUIRED. (UPS fees automatically include up to $100 in insurance, so we recommend that you use this shipping method.) Simply ship the products, then send us a copy of your receipt, then we will charge you the same amount (added to your final fees) to return your products.

Note: We will contact you immediately upon receipt of your products to let you know that we have received them and to notify you if anything is broken or damaged so that you may contact the shipper. Broken items will be returned to you. Once we have contacted you with this “condition report” if anything gets broken while in our possession, we will pay you full retail value as stated in your pricing schedule for the product. (It will not be returned in this case). It will be deducted in full from your final fees. Once we have repacked and shipped the products back to you, they are the responsibility of the shipper and you and any claims for damage that occurs during that time must be handled by you. All items will be repacked in the same manner and packaging that you send to us. Be sure to pack your items very carefully to prevent any problems!

Advertising Banners & Buttons:

Banners with your photos: Show off your new product photos on your brand new 468x60 web banner or 125x125 advertising button! We’ll use your new photos to create your banners, so that you can highlight new or exclusive products, or just give everyone a glimpse of the awesome products that you carry! Give them a taste of what you can offer and they will definitely want to see more!

468x60 Web Banners $15 (Animated; Up to 3 Frames)

125x125 Ad Buttons $10 (Animated; Up to 3 Frames)

Commercial Resale License $50 One Time (in addition to images that you purchase)

Commercial Resale of Printed Scrapbook Layouts, or any products containing my stock images, requires a one-time Commercial Registration of your business. (ALL Copyrights must be present on ALL scrap booking layout pages, note cards, candy bar wrappers or any other products that you sell! NO EXCEPTIONS!)

Copyright & Copyright Release:

All images that you receive remain copyright to Kandi Traxel. You are welcome to reuse the images for your own business web, printing and other needs. However, you MAY NOT redistribute the images to ANYONE (this includes your sales representatives and affiliates!!!) without the express written permission of Kandi Traxel (easily granted, just ask) or without paying a Copyright Release Fee. This fee permits you to do whatever you wish with your images, including redistribution and resale as you see fit. If you do not wish to pay a copyright release fee, you agree that Kandi Traxel may use all images for web and print advertising without credit to you in any way. You also agree when using the photos that you will give credit to Kandi Traxel for the photos on the HOME PAGE of your website or catalog, on the FRONT of your business brochure, and/or on your web banners and business cards. Likewise any of your sales agents or representatives that you allow to use the photos for their own web and print use will be REQUIRED to do the same and it will be up to you to enforce that. Failure to abide by these terms could result in loss of all privileges of use and you will be served with a cease and desist order which must be obeyed promptly. When you purchase the images you agree to this. We reserve the right to include a small non descript credit statement on any and all photos that we create.

Please note! You may use the photos that we take for you, on your own banners or other advertising that YOU create, with a credit back to Kandi Traxel Photography. However, you MAY NOT allow any other banner creator to use the photos that I have taken for you for the creation of web banners or other advertising where they are claiming credit for the design without first purchasing a copyright release.

Copyright Release Fee $50 PER IMAGE, NOT PER PRODUCT

All I am asking for is credit for the work that I have done setting up and photographing your products!
