Information & Quotes Please review the Services & Pricing page prior to requesting a quote! To prepare your products for shipping, please see our Tips Page. 1. The first thing we ask is that you read through all of the Services & Pricing information and take a look at our Portfolio. Please do not submit the quote form until you know the specifics that you will need for your shoot. If you are unsure, please note that in the form and I will be glad to help you figure out the best setup for your. 2. Once you have decided on the types of service that you need, fill out the Quote Form and get any additional information or a quote on your project. 3. Once we return a quote* to you, then you will need to pay 1/2 of the quote* down via PayPal, (you do not need a PayPal account in order to use this service; you may use a credit card.) This is a deposit and it is NOT refundable for any reason whatsoever. 4. You will need to then, package your products carefully and ship them to us via UPS or USPS, INSURED. You will email us at that time and let us know how much your shipping charges were so that we will know what to add to your final bill to ship them back to you. Please see the Tips & Instructions page for preparing your products for a shoot! 5. Once we receive your products, we will send you a Product Received Report to let you know if anything was broken or damaged in shipment. If something is broken, we can even photograph the product for your insurance claim. We require that you ship insured for this reason. We will not be responsible for anything broken or damaged during shipment either direction, and it will be up to you to contact and make a claim with the carrier. (UPS shipments are automatically insured for up to $100 when you use them for sending anything.) We send you this report of the products when we receive them so that if anything is broken or damaged at that time you will know that we are not responsible. After the report is received, anything that may accidentally get broken or damaged while your products are in our care will be deducted from your final total. We will pay you the full retail value of the product on the day of the damage. In other words, if the product is on sale that day, then we will give you the sale price only. The broken product will be returned to you. 6. We will photograph all of your products, and send you a representative sample of the photos for you to approve. 7. Upon approval, we will send you a final total. the total will include the other 1/2 of the projected quote, return shipping fees, CD/DVD burning (if needed) and any other fees that are due at that time. You will be required to pay the balance in full before your products and photos will be sent to you. If you fail to pay the final balance within 30 days of receipt of your "bill", then you will relinquish all rights to the products and we may either keep them or sell them if we wish. You agree to this when you pay your deposit. You will not receive any refunds of any kind on any deposits. 8. We then repackage your products and ship them back to you, and either email the photos, send you a download link or send them on a CD or DVD in the product package. If the photos will not all fit onto one CD then you will need to purchase an additional one at $3. If your computer has DVD ROM capabilities, we recommend in that case to get the FREE DVD that comes with your shoot instead to save money. If you have read all of the information, you agree to all terms, and you need a quote, then please use the quote form below to request one. A quote is in no way a binding contract, you will not be required to purchase anything or make any type of arrangements to have your products photographed. You are under not obligation of any type when you request a quote. *Once you have accepted the quote and you are ready to proceed, you will need to pay 1/2 of the PROJECTED QUOTE as a deposit for us to begin work. Please note that the final balance will likely be larger than the deposit due to shipping, CD/DVD, or other fees as outlined on this site! See the Services & Pricing page for full details.
