Please read all terms of use before you request a banner! Failure to comply will result in an order of "Cease and Desist" and could result in legal action!

Banners are sold only ONE TIME! HURRY! First come first served!

Banner Sale Prices are for IN STOCK banners ONLY! Custom banners are full price! NO changes will be made to these banners except the addition of your text. All are AS IS!

Terms and Ordering Instructions:

You must request banners by emailing me. PLEASE NOTE!!! Banners are sold ONE TIME. That means that once a design is gone, it is gone. If you email to ask about a certain banner and it has been sold (I will try to update sold banners ASAP!), then I will offer to create a banner similar to the one that you wanted. You are under no obligation to take a replacement banner.

All banners are one-of-kind. However, I reserve the right to reuse the same artwork in a different banner, in a completely different color scheme and style.

When purchasing a banner, you purchase the right to USE the banner for all of your online advertising. However, you do not OWN the copyright to the banner nor to the images contained within it. The artwork used on your banner is copyrighted to the original creator. The design of the banner is the property and copyright of Kandi Traxel.

You may NOT disassemble the banner and use the 'pieces' for any other purpose including but not limited to the creating of graphics or other banners.

You may not resell the banner to anyone for any reason!

You may not claim the banner design as your own creation, nor any portion thereof.

You MUST place a statement in text on your HOME or FRONT page of your site (if possible) stating that your banner was created and copyright belongs to Kandi Traxel Photography with a link to this site. http://www.kanditraxel.com If you have an affiliate site and are unable to do this, it is not a problem. Please let others know in any way that you can on a blog, email sig. line, etc. where you got your banner. It would be much appreciated!

Please email if you are interested in one of the banners. I will get back with you very shortly to get the text that you want and I will send you an invoice via PayPal. You DO NOT have to have a paypal account in order to use it! You may pay by credit card through Paypal. NO E-CHECKS! Payment must be in Instant Cash or Credit Card only. I do not accept payments by mail. I accept credit card payments, or instant cash payments via Paypal only!

Again, if the banner you want is already sold (I will do my best to update as quickly as possible!!!!), I will offer to create one for you that is similar in design. In some cases I can even use the same artwork and just change the design.

Much of the art and photography used in these banners are by Kandi Traxel Photography. Some images were purchased at Big Stock Photography. All creators of the artwork retain all copyrights to the images!
